Here's what you need to know before your appointment:
What to expect
$25 nonrefundable deposit
$25 nonrefundable deposit upon booking. Deposits will go towards your cumulative appointment total.
Hair is included
For all braiding services, hair is included at no extra cost. If you want extra hair, there will be an additional fee.
Hair color varieties
Provided hair colors include black, natural brown, dark brown, blonde, light auburn, and brown.
Human hair
All boho and goddess braid styles use 100% human hair for the best quality.
Length
Listed prices are set for mid-back length. Longer lengths will require an additional fee.
Policies
No call / no show
In the event a client no call / no shows, the deposit will not be returned. 2 no call / no shows will result in a ban from Nana's bookings. Thank you for understanding.
Rescheduling
Please notify Nana via phone at least 24 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.
Refunds
All services are nonrefundable. I offer fixes and touch ups on my clients, however I will not work over another stylist's work.
Arrive with clean, detangled hair
If a shampoo and blowout is needed, there will be an additional charge. Please arrive with our hair clean, detangled, and free of product buildup.
