Before You Book
Here's what you need to know before your appointment:
Once deposit is accepted, your appointment is set up and confirmed. For any appointments needed on any day outside of regular days of operation, there will be a fee $20 needed along with deposit in order to book.

Appointment prep
Arrive to your appointment with clean, product-free hair, detangled and blow dried. If your hair is not prepped, an additional fee ($10) may be added. All men’s styles come with a wash, just come with previous style taken out. If there is a certain style, or for all freestyle services, please feel free to text my number, email or dm me your inspo picture
Hair color varieties
Provided hair colors include black, natural brown, dark brown, blonde, light auburn, and brown.
Boho / Goddess Styles
For boho styles, human hair blend is originally used. 100% human boho hair is an additional charge.
Hair is included
For all braiding services, hair is included at no extra cost. Please include the hair color you would like when booking. Hair is not included for bundle styles (Fulani quick weaves)
Length
For all women's length style braiding services, prices are set for mid-back length. Longer lengths will require an additional fee.

All hair types, all clients, all backgrounds, all welcome.
Everyone is welcome. No Extra Quests Allowed!!
$50 nonrefundable deposit
Deposits will go towards your cumulative appointment total.
Rescheduling
Please notify Nana via phone at least 36-48 hours in advance in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. In the case of rescheduling outside the intended timeframe, a new deposit will be required to book and a $20 cancellation fee will be charged.
Refunds
All services are nonrefundable. I offer fixes and touch-ups on my clients within a 7 day timeframe. I will not work over another stylist's work.
No call / no show / late fee
There is a $15 late fee, anytime after 15 mins is considered a no call, no show. In the event of no call / no show, the deposit will not be returned and a new one will be required to book again. A second no call / no show will require a new deposit and half of payment. After that will result in a ban with booking in the future.
